USE & PURCHASE

Clear terms.

Terms for using OT Catcher and purchasing Premium with a one-time payment.

1. Provider and scope

OT Catcher is a brand name of Cloudsupport B.V. Contact: catcher@cloudlynk.nl.

If no different licence is provided with the App Store download, the applicable licence is Apple’s standard EULA. This page provides additional information about using OT Catcher, Premium and your rights.

2. Free use and premium

Capturing, reviewing and editing are free, including setting up custom fields, asset forms and location hierarchies. Premium unlocks CSV and JSON export through one non-consumable in-app purchase from Apple. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

The final price, including applicable taxes, appears in Apple’s purchase sheet before confirmation. Prices may differ by country or region.

3. What lifetime includes

Lifetime means an export entitlement with no predetermined end date for the OT Catcher CSV and JSON export features included at purchase. The entitlement does not expire with time and requires no recurring payment. Updates to this app must not put those purchased export features behind another payment.

This does not purchase OT Canvas, cloud storage or other separate products. New, separately offered features are not automatically included. Lifetime does not promise support for every future device or iOS version; statutory conformity and update obligations remain fully applicable. Ending development does not remove existing purchase rights or statutory remedies.

4. Purchase and restoration through Apple

Apple processes the purchase under the applicable Apple Media Services terms. The purchase entitlement belongs to the Apple Account used to purchase and must be restorable on supported devices using that account. Family or organisational sharing is not promised without confirmed support.

Use “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen to restore a previous purchase. See the instructions on support. A refund or revocation of the transaction may end the premium entitlement. Restoring purchases does not recover lost asset data.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers generally have a fourteen-day withdrawal period for digital content purchased remotely. With immediate delivery, that right is lost only when the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right and confirmation of this. Merely downloading or using the content does not automatically remove that right.

A request can be submitted through Apple ; you may also contact us to exercise your statutory rights. There is no blanket rule that purchases are never refundable.

6. Functionality, updates and complaints

The app and purchased export must conform to the agreement and what you may reasonably expect. You retain the right to necessary updates, including security updates, for the period required by law. If there are defects, you may request a free remedy, price reduction or termination under the applicable legal conditions.

Send complaints to support. No fixed end date for statutory support or blanket exclusion of liability is imposed. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting provisions, including those in a licence or platform terms.

7. Responsible use

Check captured text and location suggestions. Only use the app for data you are authorised to process and share. Keep appropriate backups; an export is not automatically a full app backup. These practical responsibilities do not limit your statutory rights.

8. Law and disputes

Applicable law and jurisdiction follow from the applicable EULA and mandatory law. This additional information does not deprive consumers of protection or access to the competent courts in their country of residence.
